Here is what’s happening around Stan State this week:
Monday, April 25 through Friday, April 29: No one should fear the night…or the day. Shatter the silence. Stop the violence. Join the Feminist Equality club for Take Back the Night, a full week of educational activities on sexual violence. Tuesday, April 25: The Academic Senate meeting will be taking place from 2-4 p.m. in the John Stuart Rogers Faculty Development Center. Comprised of members from faculty, administration and the student body, the Academic Senate functions to serve the campus community as a whole. For more information about Academic Senate click here.
Thursday, April 28: How do we communicate and encourage joy in learning, especially in learning mathematics? Explore some ways of approaching mathematics to build confidence and inspire joy in students at Dr. Heather Coughlin’s faculty lecture series: My Joy of Mathematics from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
