Ladies, get yourself and all your girls ready for an eventful night of shopping, music and fun.
The sixth annual Ladies’ Night at The Tower Health and Wellness Center in Turlock will be held Nov. 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is an entrance charge of $10, which includes a drink, appetizers and a ticket for a chance to win a prize.
“Ladies’ Night is about showcasing, promoting and celebrating local businesses that women started,” Patty Romeo, Host and Event Coordinator, said. “These women and their businesses are 90 percent from Turlock, 9 percent from Modesto and 1 percent from Oakdale.”
Ladies’ Night is a great opportunity for both the vendors and the facility. It gives local businesswomen the chance to showcase what they have to offer while at the same time promoting The Tower.
The Tower is a medical facility which has a spa, pharmacy, restaurant, flower shop and many other offices. The businesses within The Tower will also have the chance to promote themselves to the attendees.
Romeo also stated that, although the event’s name is “Ladies’ Night,” anyone from 18 to 100 years of age is welcome.
It is estimated that about 20 to 21 vendors will attend the event. Some of the vendors include Unique Purses, Valeria’s Shop, Hannah’s Boutique and Charms by Jules and Portico.
With the holidays just around the corner, this event is the best time to shop-till-you-drop or just to get the perfect gift ideas.
“It’s a fun night for ladies and it’s a nice night for us,” Romeo said. “Three hours of seeing what’s out there.”
This event has grown throughout the years. It started with only 50 people in attendance and now over 150 people show up at the events.
There are plans for upcoming Ladies’ Nights that would make it a charitable event which donates money to certain causes that are important to the coordinators.
Be on the lookout if you want to have a good time and help out those in need.
Make sure to come out and support local businesses started by local women. For more information regarding the event, call Patty Romeo at 209-277-2865.
