The CSU Stanislaus Warriors had a tough finish at the links on Tuesday as they finished 10th at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout in Vallejo, Calif.
The shootout was held at the Hiddenbrooke Golf Club and hosted by Cal State East Bay. The event served as a preview to the upcoming NCAA Division II West Regionals that held May 4-6, played on the same course.
The Warriors shot a 315 in the third and final round, to end up 71-over, 935.
Anthony Manguray, returning All-American, led with a 12-over 228 to finish 19th for his fifth top 20 this season.
Connor Day and Chad Kbes both shot a 235. Michael Mencaccy shot a 237 and Tyler Leeworthy shot a 259.
CSU Stanislaus will be out on the green at the Mustang Intercollegiate, hosted by Western N.M., in Goodyear, Ariz.
