The United Sorority & Fraternity Council (USFC) will be hosting the annual Greek Olympics on Oct. 7. The event’s goal is to raise money for Jessica’s House in Turlock, a non-profit organization that provides support for children, teens and families grieving a death.
Events that the fraternities and sororities will be competing in include wheel barrow and three legged races, corn hole, a football toss and a team tug-of-war competition.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Pergola Meadows and is a part of Greek Week, which will take place through Friday. Different events will be held each day and anyone is welcome to attend. Music and entertainment will also be provided. For more information regarding the event, contact Joshua Marroquin at 818-371-0407.
