Starting a smoothie diet will help you change the way you feel and even look, and it’s all on your favorite healthy greens.
Other than just detoxing, smoothies also help with weight loss. It all starts with what you eat in your early mornings. Irene Lopez, a local community member here in Turlock has been making detox smoothies for years. She had been taught how to make detox smoothies ever since she was a teen. “I still continue today on making my detox smoothies and also teach my kids. I want them to create this healthy drink so they remember me and how easy it is to make this smoothie,” Lopez says. Passing this family recipe is really important to Lopez. She wants her children to remember her by making this smoothie in the future.
