During the first week back after a long break due to poor air quality and Thanksgiving break, the University Police Department (UPD) responded to three crimes and filed another crime that had occurred in September.
Assault
On Monday, Nov. 26th, it was reported that during the month of September, an assault with attempt to commit rape occurred at the Village. The event occurred from Sept. 1st to Sept. 30th. However, no charges have been filed yet.
Warrant Arrest/Misdemeanor
On Wednesday, Nov. 28th, a misdemeanor occurred off-campus and was closed by arrest.
On Thursday, Nov. 29th, a misdemeanor also occurred off-campus and was closed by arrest.
Fictitious Bill or Check
On Nov. 28th, at the Mary Stuart Rogers (MSR) Education Services building, a person attempted to file a fictitious bill or check. No charges have been filed yet.
