The irresistible taste of a Butterfinger candy bar meshes with the traditional peanut butter cookie to create the ultimate baked goodie. This warm, chewy cookie is baked to golden perfection and provides the perfect crunch with its smashed Butterfinger pieces.

With the contents of peanut butter, chocolate and whatever other goodness that composes a Butterfinger bar, this sweet treat is too tasty to pass up!
Ingredients:
½ cup of butter
¾ cup of sugar
2/3 cup of packed brown sugar
1 ¼ cup of peanut butter
1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla
2 egg whites
5 Butterfinger bars
1 cup of flour
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of baking soda
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl
2. Pour in vanilla and egg whites, then mix together
3. Mix in flour, salt and baking soda
4. Smash Butterfinger bars into small pieces and stir into the cookie dough
5. Roll dough into 1 ½ inch balls
6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F.
