A snowglobe can be just the right decoration to make your nightstand sparkle. With only a few supplies, following these simple steps is done in a snap. In under 20 minutes, and for less than $10, you can own an eye-catching snow globe that you made yourself.
Before you get started, be sure you have an appropriate workspace. Water splashes, glue drips and falling glitter may occur.
Materials Needed:
- Jar
- Super glue
- Glitter
- Water
- Small ornament
Directions:
- Super glue the bottom of the ornament to the inside lid of the jar.
- Pour glitter into the jar—the more the better.
- Fill jar with water. Leave an inch or two of space at the top of the jar, depending on the size of the ornament, so it won’t overflow.
- Super glue the inside rim of the jar lid for a stronger hold. Close jar tightly and let it snow.
Note: Tie a ribbon around the jar or write something special in puff paint to make the globe more personalized.
