Penumbra recently held a celebration of its release of online fall issue Autumnal Transitions and an artist talk with those published in it. It is a compilation of works that feature the talents of high school students.
This celebration also had some of the published poets recite their poems in person at Lightly Used Books in downtown Turlock.
The celebration started at 5 p.m. and lasted for a couple hours that saw heartfelt poems spoken, art being displayed and books sold.
