On Feb. 21, the students of the College of the Arts at California State University, Stanislaus will hold an event to showcase the student’s talents at the 2nd Annual College of the Arts Festival.
The completely student-ran event will take place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the CSU Stanislaus Mainstage and Lobby. The festival is free to the public.
From 5:00 pm to 7:15 pm, the festival will feature musical performances, visual art shows, slam poetry, theatrical performances, and dances. All performances will be done by the students of the College of the Arts.
At 8:00 pm, the students will end the festival with what they call “Festival Culmination.” This “culmination” will feature finale/encore performances from each section back-to-back.
Last year’s festival attracted more than 300 students.
