For Stan State students who are currently on-campus residents, housing will remain open during the winter break (from December 19th to January 2nd) at no extra cost to the student.
If a resident would like to stay on campus for winter break, they just need to fill out the “Intent to Stay” form by Friday, December 18th.
Following this, students will need to have their keycard recoded with the Housing Office before they are deactivated on Friday, December 18th at 12:00 pm.
During the break, the Housing Office will be operating on adjusted hours with the Housing Office closing from December 25th to January 2nd and the Village Café closing from December 19th to January 2nd. During this time frame housing assistance will still be available by calling (209) 667-3675.
If residents do not complete the intent to stay form, they will be required to vacate the unit by 12:00pm on Saturday, December 18th.
