The campus has had a few renovations recently. Not as big as the construction that is currently taking place where the Associated Student Inc. (ASI)/University Student Union (USU) building stood, but still will affect the campus life.
New flags have been added around campus, spreading school pride from Demergasso-Bava Hall (DBH) to the gym. According to Brandon Zambelli, a facility maintenance worker at Stan State, “We’re replacing the ones by the amphitheater, but adding the new ones around campus,” Zambelli said.
Zambelli added the flags in front of Bizzini yesterday, and tackled the ones from the Mary Stuart Rogers (MSR) building to the Art Department today.
“I had another guy help me earlier, but he’s getting off soon,” Zambelli was stuck strapping the flags up by himself. Even though this was the case, he managed to put up 10 flags around the pebbled walk ways.
