According to CSU Stanislaus’ UPD Crime Log, there was a total of 25 reported incidents between September 23, 2018, and September 27, 2018.
September 23, 2018
On campus at The Village at 12:49 AM, there was a student who was intoxicated in her dorm room. An ambulance was called by her roommates. Once the ambulance arrived, the student was transported to Emmanuel Medical Center where she received treatment.
University PD assisted Turlock PD with an off-campus rape that occurred to a dorm student.
Off-campus at 4 PM, UPD assisted with an area check for a Black male adult who was bothering people. They were unable to locate him as he was gone on arrival. At 4:45 PM, there was a second call regarding the BMA. This time, he was said to be off-campus at a Rite Aid where he stole some items before leaving. However, he was unable to be located again because he was gone on arrival.
September 24, 2018
There was a reported vehicle theft of a parked car off-campus at 4:20 PM. The car was parked on Monte Vista and Geer Road. The vehicle was stolen sometime between 8:45 AM and 2:40 PM. There weren’t any suspects or witnesses.
September 15, 2018
At the Village, on campus, there was a sexual assault that occurred by a non-student without receiving consent. This occurred at 10:44 PM.
September 26, 2018
At 12 PM, there was a report of a microwave fire on the first floor of the library building. Upon arrival, burned metal was found on the floor and students were using the microwave. Turlock fire also came to the scene and cleaned up. There was no fire and no alarm.
September 27, 2018
At 12:02 PM, there was a suspicious male who was looking into cars in parking lot #2. Upon arrival, the officer found the subject. He was just waiting for his girlfriend and was no need for further assistance.
