The Two Lips, composed of Andrea and Jewlz, shared how they feel being fresh out of Coachella.
“It feels fun, I feel like we haven’t had a lot of time to process it, we’ve been on the go,” Andrea said. “It’s really cool, it taught us a lot, it was a good closing era.”
Jewlz went on to add how, although Coachella marked an ending to an era, it is always going to be part of them.
“The whole girl c’mon like garden era of course it is always gonna be us at the end of the day,” Jewlz said. “But we are closing that chapter and entering this new era.”
Andrea ended by saying how the experience will always be something they will look back on.
“It was really nice, it’s iconic for us, we will always look back and be like, ‘wow, we really played Coachella,’” Andrea said.
The duo opened their performance at Stan State with one of their more popular songs, “Blossom”, followed by “Let It Play”. The duo invited the crowd to stand up from their seating spots and crowd near the stage during the opening song.

Midway through the concert, they brought out their omnichord and played “Happy for me,” which was written by Rebecca Sugar.
The duo then sang a cover of “No One Noticed” by the Marias, a song the crowd was familiar with. The crowd sang the entirety of the song.
While playing “Sick,” the duo encouraged the crowd to sing with them, as this would be their last show until September.
“This is like our very last show for a very long time, “ said Jewlz.
This last show comes as the duo is preparing to get some new music out.
“We are really gonna crank the album out,” Jewlz said. “Lock in and hopefully it comes out this year, that’s the goal, but it depends, it really depends.”
Andrea added that they are the ones pressuring each other to get new music out.
“No one is pressuring us to like put it out, I feel like we are the ones pressuring each other because we are kinda tired of our old music,” Andrea said. “Ya, it’s coming soon, it will be out by the end of the year.”
